Core Responsibilities

Production Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving the business intelligence tools and performance management infrastructure in the production module to support daily operations and continuous improvement.

• Creation and maintenance of business intelligence tools to support daily operations and continuous improvement – such as attendance, output, efficiency, training databases and others.

• Preparation of various reports in production to support business leaders in decision making.

• Continuous improvement of the performance management infrastructure within the production module – increase the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection, reporting, interpretation and use in the business.

• Actively supports the visual part of performance management – defines new ways of visualisation on infocenters.
