The Production Coordinator ensures smooth project execution, delivering installations that meet customer expectations. This role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and track materials for timely delivery.
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers and installers.
- Conduct daily job site visits and provide customer updates.
- Ensure job quality, resolve issues, and collect final payments.
- Oversee the Production Assistant’s daily tasks.
- Maintain warehouse organization and assist with small repairs.
- Support invoicing and home show events.
- Estimate flooring needs and provide accurate project quotes.
Additional Duties:
- Occasionally lift to 80 lbs., use tools, forklift license is an asset but not required.
