Job Summary

The Production Coordinator supports ARFF vehicle manufacturing operations by coordinating production assembly and material control activities to ensure efficient workflow, material availability and compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and assembly activities in line with approved production plans and schedules.
• Ensure timely availability and issuance of materials based on Work Orders BOQ and BOM requirements.
• Monitor and control material movements, stock levels and reconciliation to prevent shortages and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of production and material transactions ensuring full traceability in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Liaise with Engineering, Quality and Stores to ensure materials meet specifications and processes are executed correctly.
