Our client is a well-established Japanese‑based manufacturing company involved in semiconductor equipment assembly. They are currently looking for a Production Control Manager to support their growing operations in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Plan and monitor production schedules based on project delivery timelines.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and production loading based on project prioritisation and customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to minimise delays and bottlenecks.

Material Control & Inventory Management

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor material shortages, delivery delays, excess inventory and supply risks.
• Manage kitting schedules and material readiness for assembly operations.
