Production Chemist II – Entegris, Toronto, Canada

Responsibilities

• Proper use and care of equipment.
• Adherence to production specifications and procedures.
• Strict compliance with housekeeping protocol and Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensuring all required documentation is current, complete and accurate.
• Continuous skill improvement for yourself and colleagues.
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of chemicals used in manufacturing and underlying chemistry.
• Supporting team members with sound knowledge of safe operations in the plant.
• Working 12‑hour shifts with rotating day/night schedule: 36 hrs., 48 hrs., 36 hrs., 48 hrs. each month.
