**Job Description**
The Production Associate supports the rework and inspection of aerospace parts by carefully handling core panels, identifying defects, and performing detailed repairs using hand and power tools. This role plays a key part in ensuring that products meet strict quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect aerospace core panels for resin blisters and other visible defects with a high level of attention to detail.
+ Handle core panels safely and efficiently during the inspection and rework processes.
+ Remove resin blisters using tweezers, sharp hand tools, foxtail files, and other approved tools.
+ Use general hand tools and power tools to perform rework and minor repairs on parts as required.
+ Lift panels out of boxes for inspection, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
