Qualification:

-With experience in sales and online selling (FB, Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok)

-Strong communication skills

-Knowledge in social media selling (Lazada, Shopee, & Tiktok) seller center

-Organized and detail oriented in handling orders



Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assist walk-in customers

-Respond inquiries in FB page, online messages, and customer question

-Monitor and order the order of customers

-Provide excellent customer services and handle complains professionally

-Maintain proper documentation of sales and transactions
