Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Account & SSI golden source platform, ensuring alignment with business value, resilience, and controls while prioritizing trade-offs across features, remediation, and regulatory/standards change (SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, BIC, IBAN, LEI).
• Lead global end‑to‑end delivery, including sequencing, dependencies, and release planning, converting requirements into development‑ready stories with measurable acceptance criteria, clear Definition of Ready/Definition of Done, and running agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master.
• Maintain documentation, approvals, change control, and traceability to support audit and regulatory readiness.
• Drive data standards, lineage, stewardship, and quality, monitoring for accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and consistency. Partner with Compliance/Risk on KYC, AML, and sanctions dependencies, ensuring clear policy alignment, evidence, and control design....
