Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and engineering to define product vision and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure successful delivery across the full trading lifecycle (order management, execution, settlement).
• Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 48 years of experience in Capital Markets and/or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Experience with portfolio management and advisory platforms.
• Solid knowledge of trading lifecycle processes.
