Position Overview
Qualifications - Banking domain experience mandatory; Retail Banking preferred (minimum 2–3 years).
- 5–6+ years of experience working as a Product Owner.
- Functional / Techno‑Functional role with strong product ownership responsibilities.
- Strong SDLC and Agile understanding.
- Hands‑on implementation experience preferred.
- AI/Generative AI exposure required.
- Strong ownership mindset expected; project management handled by delivery teams.
- Certifications such as Product Owner / Scrum Master optional.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, PowerPoint, or similar tools preferred.
Responsibilities - Drive product vision and strategic thinking.
- Manage end‑to‑end product ownership and delivery.
- Understand requirements and conduct stakeholder workshops.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams.
- Own Agile ceremonies and delivery outcomes.
