Role Summary

Responsible for shaping incoming business and program demands into clear, well defined, delivery ready work. This role ensures requirements are properly scoped, structured, and understood before they enter engineering execution.

This role does not own product vision or roadmap decisions and does not perform solution design.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Expertise in Jira, Agile Backlog Management, and Epic/Feature Writing

Understanding of Integration-heavy Enterprise Systems

Experience working with Cross-functional Teams including Business, Architecture, and Engineering

Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
