WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Product Merchandising Lead, you act as the main link between product merchandising, commercial teams, and allocation functions — ensuring accurate stock planning, demand transparency, and efficient replenishment across markets in East Asia.

• Act as the key contact point and partner with Sales Market Commercial teams on stock and inventory topics, driving transparency and sharing best practices across markets
• Challenge Sales Markets' bottom-up demand plans from a stock-level perspective and support in setting and adjusting price maps to reflect local competition and stock positions
• Responsible for forecasting supply in relation to demand, deciding and providing articles for final sale, clearance, and special campaigns, and providing markdowns in collaboration with Inventory Optimization Leads
