**Purpose**

As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will lead all SBU specific product related decisions with a focus on profitable and sustainable growth of the assigned product portfolio.

**Profitable Growth**

+ Champion profitable growth of key product portfolios
+ Develop/maintain market database for your assigned product lines: market size, share, competitive offerings and activity, retail pricing.

**Financial Management**

+ Ownership of list pricing and profitable SGM on all products.
+ Develop a product plan that realizes the top line and margin objectives set out in the annual ANZ OP.
