Job Description
The contractor will be responsible for managing our product and positioning copy across our
sign-up, plan switch, upsell, and cancel flows, including copy experiments. This is a global role with
broad scope across all platforms that our products are offered — website, mobile app, and
streaming devices. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of processes and workflows, is
a self-starter and collaborator, acts independently with little supervision, and is ultimately
accountable for accurate copy across all our commerce touchpoints. In addition, this role will
partner with other functions across the organization to drive new technology to simplify and
accelerate copy management for features and experiments.
