About the role: You will own the technical direction of our inverter and power converter platforms - from kilowatt-class units up to multi-megawatt systems. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will combine hands-on system architecture with product-level thinking: shaping the technology roadmap, mentoring engineers, and representing our technical vision in front of customers and partners.
