They are an expert on customer needs, market dynamics, and product value, translating technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and compelling value propositions. Working cross‑functionally across Marketing, Engineering, Digital, Operations, and Sales, they unify teams around a shared product vision and ensure successful delivery from discovery through global deployment.
