Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research, user demand analysis, formulate product planning and new project initiation.
• Define product requirements, oversee prototype development, field test and optimization; control project schedule, cost and performance.
• Cooperate with R&D, production, sales and purchasing teams to realize mass production of products.
• Collect after‑sales and market feedback to upgrade existing products; coordinate agricultural machinery appraisal and subsidy formalities.
• Track competitor products to improve product configuration and selling points.
