Role Overview

The Credit Card Product Manager – BNPL will lead the development, launch, and growth of the company's Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) card proposition. This role requires a strong foundation in traditional card products (debit and credit) combined with the agility and innovation mindset needed in a non-bank, tech-driven environment.

The successful candidate understands the regulatory discipline of banking while being comfortable operating within a faster, start-up-style ecosystem where speed-to-market and product iteration are key competitive advantages.
