Position Overview
- Define and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and value in line with business and IT strategy
- Act as the main contact for business stakeholders (MDM, Data Owners), gathering requirements and managing the backlog
- Drive global adoption of the product
- Co-create and maintain data governance
- Own the product end-to-end (from ideation to operations)
- Develop and maintain customer and supplier data models
- Combine discovery and delivery (workshops, user stories, sprints)
- Prioritize features based on business value (ROI)
- Ensure data consistency and a clear source of truth
- Monitor progress and support demand management (ServiceNow)
- Act as a Master Data expert (SAP + MDM)
- Understand system architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Participate in global SAP deployments (end-to-end)
- Oversee cost control and service catalogue
