Position Overview
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Own and support product initiatives tied to Find a Doctor and other healthcare experiences
- Apply strong product thinking to complex, regulated problems
- Write clear detailed epics, user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types and success metrics grounded in user and business value
- Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continually drive product improvements and show measurable outcomes from product releases
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration
- Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions
