Own and support product initiatives tied to Find a Doctor and other healthcare experiences

" Apply strong product thinking to complex, regulated problems

" Write clear detailed epics, user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types and success metrics grounded in user and business value

" Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continually drive product improvements and show measurable outcomes from product releases

" Partner with engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to deliver end-to-end features

" Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration

" Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions

" Help identify and evaluate AI use cases (e.g., summarization, personalization, decision support, automation)
