Overview

Lead, plan and direct the overall engineering and manufacturing activities for a product line. Direct and oversee the activities associated with providing world class quality and manufacturing engineering technical support to the manufacturing areas that meet or exceed customer expectations. Plan, schedule, facilitate and supervise the daily activities of the manufacturing team(s) ensuring quality, safety, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery goals are attained.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements (jointly with manufacturing teams) that reduce product cost 5% annually, improve quality and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Ensure maximum safety, quality, capability and utilization of manufacturing/processing equipment and processes.
