Position Overview
1. AI Product UX Design
Lead the full UX design process for legal AI products, including interaction flowcharts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and clear design documentation.Design interaction patterns and feedback mechanisms that align with user mental models, specifically addressing the unique characteristics of AI. Possess hands-on experience in interaction design for AI Agents.Work closely with UI engineers to ensure high-fidelity design implementation while considering technical feasibility.2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Lead customer research: uncover pain points and unmet needs of AI tools through interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, etc.Conduct market analysis & competitive research: track cutting-edge design and interaction innovations in domestic and international legal AI tools, produce analysis reports, and translate insights into product improvements.Collaborate with product managers...
