Summary:

Support design engineering on prototype bring-up, PCB assembly troubleshooting, testing, and debugging. This role involves significant interaction with both internal and external customers and requires a strong mechanical aptitude.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection, testing, and failure analysis to determine the cause of defective electronic assemblies.


• Research, gather, and summarize data for use in determining root cause.


• Rework products per company and industry standards.


• Build test harnesses, loads, fixtures, and/or circuit boards to support product design as required.


• Document and maintain records relating to work performed.


• Inform supervisor and engineering of process or design problems and assist in corrective actions.
