Responsibilities

• Responsible for functional testing and debugging of electronic products during production and NPI stages.
• Operate and utilize testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC/AC power supplies, spectrum analyzers, audio analyzers, and other related equipment.
• Analyze product defects, perform troubleshooting, and prepare Failure Analysis reports in PowerPoint format.
• Develop, modify, and optimize testing programs according to product requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Work Instructions for each testing station and process flow.
• Monitor and improve product First Pass Yield (FPY) and testing efficiency.
• Support production in resolving technical and testing-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and R&D departments for product improvement and process enhancement.
