**The Impact You'll Make**

Responsible for new product development,existing products supporting and localization projects supporting.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Work with global engineering for new product development, including 3D/2D creation, design calculation, DFMEA, tolerance stack-up, BOM creation, PVPR testing, etc.
+ Lead the design review with global engineering experts.
+ Support/lead cross-functional problem-solving activities to address customer field failures.
+ Support for localization projects, including material and heat treatment definition,3D/2D updating, PMR for manufacturability, PVPR for qualification test plan, PPAP involvement for production releasing....
