Set the strategy for Flex
- Set direction for one of Monzo’s most important revenue‑driving products
- Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across customer segments
- Navigate complex trade‑offs between growth, risk, and customer outcomes
Drive commercial performance
- Work closely with Credit teams to shape propositions across multiple risk segments and cohorts
- Interrogate performance deeply—from unit economics to long‑term profitability curves
