Job Description
- Develop innovative bakery applications and product concepts based on market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Create and standardize recipes for pastry, cake, Danish, and bread applications using company products.
- Conduct product testing, evaluation, and validation to ensure consistency, quality, and feasibility.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations for customers, distributors, and internal sales teams.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop value-added product solutions and promotional activities.
- Manage and supervise distributor operations of the Baking Centre during events.
- Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and organization of baking equipment and facilities.
- Plan and execute baking demonstrations, customer workshops, and technical training programs.
