Responsibility 1: PROCESS DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Process design development for new products based on customer requirements/ standards

Tasks:

• Reviews feasibility of new product based on equipment availability, carcass balance, and process capability to assess details in the PD Brief generated by PD for approval of Operations Planning (OpPlan), Processing, Finance, Supply Chain Manager and AIC President.
• Develops the processes needed for product realization suitable to produce the product according to customer requirements and product specifications.
• Coordinates with Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Operations Planning (OpPlan), Processing, Logistics and Quality Control Poultry and Meats (QCPM) on the requirements of new products to prepare initi...
