Product Conceptualization, use cases and Proof of concept (POC) Co-ordinate end-to-end implementation with IT and PM departmentPlatform / application - Product - Package Development (business requirements submit to IT department, PLM (product lifecycle management) Customer Journey, process, procurement and operation managementEnd-to-end project management and tracking for business teamCross functional ManagementCreate internal documents for product launch e.g. IKM, FAQ etcCustomer Support & HandlingQualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldsMinimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Product Development, Application Development, or Project ManagementExperience in Telecommunications, Broadband Services, or Smart Home/IoT business is preferredStrong cross-functi...
