• sProduct Innovation & Developmen
• tOversee product development projects from initial concept through to commercial launch, liaising with manufacturing partners throughout sampling and production stage
• sResearch new ingredients, market trends, and innovations within supplements and functional beverage categories. Assess scientific literature to support evidence-led formulation decision
• sAttend manufacturing facilities during key production runs and first-time launche
