Ai-To Foods Oy is seeking a Product Developer to strengthen our growing production and product development team.

We are looking for a practical and motivated professional with experience in Siamese (Thai) cuisine and the food industry. In this role, you will participate in the development of new products, support production operations, and contribute to quality and food safety processes.

The position is largely hands‑on and production‑oriented but also includes a variety of responsibilities related to product development, quality control, and self‑monitoring systems. We are looking for someone who understands authentic Asian flavors and ingredients and can apply that knowledge to products intended for the retail market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and improve new Asian food products
