Job Description

NPD & NPI: Lead new product development and introduction with flawless execution across concepting, design, engineering, validation, and manufacturing.

● Product Ideation & Innovation: Identify consumer needs, spot trends, and analyze competitors to create disruptive and differentiated accessories.

● Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the full cycle-concept validation, business case, design, prototyping, pilot, launch, and scaling.
