Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific (AUNZPI) is Visa's advisory division, working with Visa's clients—card issuers, acquirers, and merchants—on a broad range of key business initiatives such as strategy, operational optimisation, customer engagement and overall business profitability.
As a Product Analyst you will support the effective day‑to‑day management of the program through performance reporting, insight generation and operational support. Embedded within the team, the role focuses on program analysis, performance insights and continuous improvement, helping to ensure strong customer and commercial outcomes. You will play a key role in enabling informed decision‑making, supporting a test‑and‑learn approach, and improving customer experience, merchant value and program effectiveness.
