- Manage warehouse inventory stock levels and supplier relationships
- Optimize supply chain processes for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability practices
- Work closely with chefs restaurant managers and suppliers to meet operational needs
Who We Are Looking For: - 3 years of experience in procurement supply chain or warehouse management (preferably in hospitality)
- WHS Oversight (experience in WHS is a must)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
