Responsibilities

• Manage all procurement and purchasing activities within the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure full compliance with the P2P process in alignment with Global Procurement guidelines.
• Maintain proactive coordination and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Align procurement strategies with business goals and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess demand and plan procurement schedules effectively.
• Conduct regular followups on open orders to ensure timely deliveries and manage rescheduling when needed.
• Carry out RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes perform cost/value analysis and provide recommendations based on best value principles.
• Analyze procurement data periodically to identify and implement P2P efficiency improvement initiatives.
