HDEC DONGAH JOINT VENTURE is looking for a PROCURMENT OFFICER (Heavy Equipment Spare Parts).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement of Spare Parts for Heavy Equipment and Vehicles and some construction materials
• Must have technical knowledge regarding specifications of spare parts.
• Canvassing of items, sourcing, and negotiating with the supplier (Price and Terms of Payment).
• Coordinates with suppliers, follow-up, and monitor deliveries of materials/spare parts.
• Ensures that all parts and supplies requirements to be delivered are completely covered with corresponding Purchase Orders.
