Job Purpose:

• Animate & build procurement strategy for manufacture related categories in The Chuan and HLM while ensuring pro-efficient collaboration with global procurement teams.
• Responsible for manufacture related category sourcing, negotiation, pitch process, contracting, performance review and supplier management.
• Contribute savings and cost avoidance without compromising quality and delivery timeline.
• Ensure compliance of procurement related processes, methods, and systems with procurement standards
• Contribute to the reporting process and analyze with respect to the procurement key performance indicators
• Contract management to secure Cooperate interests without law abuse.
• Being contact window for Global cooperation projects to demonstrate China professional procurement reputation
