Role Overview We are looking for a Russian-speaking Procurement Manager to join our Construction Department. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement of construction materials for ongoing and upcoming development projects.
Key Responsibilities - Full responsibility for procurement of construction materials (finishing, structural, MEP, etc.)
- Supplier sourcing (local & international)
- Price negotiation and contract finalization
- Comparison sheets and cost optimization
- Coordination with project managers, engineers, and finance
- Ensuring timely delivery aligned with construction schedules
- Monitoring material quality and compliance with project specifications
- Managing supplier relationships and payment terms
- Budget control and reporting
