About the job Procurement Manager (Bunker)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle physical bunker procurement for ships, including supplier sourcing and price negotiations.

Evaluate suppliers and manage contractual agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Conduct market analysis to support strategic purchasing decisions.

Manage procurement documentation and contract execution.

Liaise effectively with both local and overseas suppliers, including Chinese counterparts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in bunker or marine fuel procurement.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese is required to communicate with suppliers.
