Roles and Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for Government agencies' queries, contracts, escalating complex issues to the procurement manager Assist the procurement manager in project coordination, including timeline management, stakeholder communication and addressing customer queries related to ongoing ICT tender projects Manage the life cycle of support tickets from creation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation when required. Generate and analyse dashboard reports on key performance indicators, providing insights to management on trends and areas for improvement Compile, collate and cleanse reports from various sources (e.g. IT Service Management portal, GeBIZ, forms, spreadsheet, etc) to support informed decision-making and reconciliation of information Provide administrative support for assigned projects such as collating, validating and tracking information from suppliers Support the procurement manager in identifying potential value crea...
