Handle end-to-end procurement for solar EPC projects including: Solar modules Inverters Module mounting structures (MMS) ACDB/DCDB Cables and connectors Transformers and HT/LT equipment SCADA and monitoring systems BOS materials Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and EPC vendors. Float RFQs, evaluate techno-commercial bids, and prepare comparative statements. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, delivery timelines, and commercial contracts. Coordinate closely with: Project execution teams Engineering/design teams Finance/accounts Site teams Ensure timely material dispatches and delivery tracking to project sites.
