Job Overview: The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager in carrying out the day-to-day procurement activities and all procurement execution for the company.
Job Responsibilities Support Procurement Manager in all matters relating to purchasing, which includes but not limited to stock monitoring, stock replenishment, quality control, handling disputes e.g. quantity differences, damaged or expired products). Perform vendor screening, supply market research and analytical studies to identify and select potential suppliers to be added to the pre-approved vendor list. Review and evaluate quotations from vendor. Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company's needs. Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers.
