- Guides and oversees Procurement Excellence Teams, ensuring effective projects delivery
- Manages complex project delivery, promoting effective and cooperative problem solving, alignment and result oriented delivery
- Drives innovation, explores and obtains best practices
- reports performance metrics and projects status and updates
- Demonstrates and promotes organizational vision and values
- Engages and influences cross function key stakeholders
- Concentrates on increasing competitive advantage of procurement service delivery
- Ensures procurement activities comply with laws, regulations and sustainability commitments Continuously looks for possible improvements to the procurement processes
