Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer, Architect, Mechanical Engineer, or Electrical Engineer, with preferred experience in Cost Estimating, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- With more than five (5) years of experience in construction project management, Cost engineering & cost forensics, quantity surveying and/or construction procurement.
- Previous experience in procurement within the construction industry is highly desirable.
