Position Overview
- Perform routine production activities such as sample collections, in-process quality testing, plant patrols & data logging, chemical preparations, and loading & unloading of chemicals.
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve operational issues and provide support to technical and maintenance teams.
- Monitor and inspect equipment and instruments and when required, take corrective actions to maintain safe and optimal operation of the process plant.
- Prepare equipment for safe handover to maintenance.
- Read production schedules, shift logs, analytical results and technology team recommendations to determine changes to equipment control and process adjustments.
- Update operating procedures and prepare maintenance package documentation for equipment maintenance activity.
- Perform Permit to Work (PTW) job site risk assessment, and issue PTW to achieve safe work executions.
