Responsibilities - Operate the plant and site services safely and efficiently following instructions.
- Suggest and implement safety and efficiency improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other site functions.
- Perform routine maintenance and prepare equipment for service.
- Conduct analytical testing as required.
- Uphold safety standards and respond to emergencies when necessary.
- Train and coach new recruits.
Skills and Qualifications - NITEC or Diploma holders in Chemical or Chemistry-related fields.
