Position Overview
Job Purpose:
To provide business support on software and renewal platform processes and become a ‘centre of excellence’ for a specific product or technology group.
Responsibilities:
Ability to focus on specific processes and identify areas for improvementProvision of an outstanding quality serviceManage User Acceptance Test (UAT) cycles and ensure data and test scripts are availableSupport business with UAT and ensure timely completionDevelop a high level of product knowledge, technically aware and has the ability to provide complete solutionsAbility to prioritize and resolve customer care issuesPromote and drive business through TD SYNNEX’s e-commerce toolsRecognition and appropriate escalation of potential problemsCollaborate with Product Managers, Product Development Managers and business specialists regarding changes to processes and platform...
