Develop and establish work instructions, routing, and workmanship standards
Track & manage CAPEX spending within the allocated budget
Establish preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment
Supervise and train subordinates and implements company policy
Drive LEAN opportunities on manufacturing lines
Provide technical resource & training to staff
Lead new product/process start-ups/transfers and change management
Lead the planning and executing yield/quality/process/UPH/machine/OEE improvement initiatives
Lead in developing and promoting new technologies and processes
Support new product development (ADP, PDP) with manufacturing expertise especially in Overmold
