Process Operator (Dispenser)
Role: Process Operator (Dispenser) reporting to the First Line Leader (FLL) in manufacturing. Location: Ampang, Ulu Kelang – known as the “Panadol Plant.”
Responsibilities
- Perform dispensing activities.
- Conduct start‑up checks, in‑process checks, and submit samples for quality control testing.
- Retain samples and document them as per instructions.
- Execute line clearance, operation, cleaning, and changeover following the standard operating procedure, work instruction, visual display, and other instructional materials.
- Record activities following Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and relevant guidelines.
- Complete assigned learning (classroom training, e‑learning, on‑job training) before the due date.
- Escalate issues to the Supervisor or First Line Leader according to procedure for quick resolution.
